Our motto is commonly compared to kindness, which it is, of course. However this morality goes much farther.

One might think of honesty. Yes. Integrity. Certainly. However, these words sometimes may even mean doing things the customer wishes we wouldn’t. As an example, to provide a door following this moto would include as good of quality as reasonable without exterme expense. It would treat ecological issues and giving a customer a product which is likely not to require repair work would surely fit this essense.

We choose our parts and products knowing it will eliminate a majority of future work as a repair company. If we see repair calls due to product failure, this motto includes avoiding those issues which require a call to fix.

Raynor Garage Doors have proven exceptional as quiet, dependable products for 65 years, now. The Genie Models PMX 500 & Stealth are also very quiet and durable. These are the products we reccomend.

We know many potential customers are interested in price. And, yes, this is a very important issue. However, the cheapest product has to do with the resultssuch as not denting easily, providing a solid weather seal and excellent insulation. Repairs are expensive. So the product should be one noe usually requiring regular repairs. In our Raynor products, we have available some of the best R-values along with their high quality. A family owned business for 65 years known within the industry as a provider of the highest of competence and engineering. I’ve met many representivies of other door manufacturers over the twenty or so years I have sold Raynor products. Consistently they will acknowledge the higher essence of qualityof Raynor products, but remind me they can beat the price.

I’ve sold Raynor products for going on 2o years and have yet to have to charge a customer for a repair of a Raynor door except a few springs. Springs wear out by amount of use, not failure because of inferiority.

We would love to have calls to repair doors we have previously sold and we would have those calls if we chose to sell lesser quality products at a lesser price. I don’t because I know what we reccomend is the best we can give a customer. We have never had to replace a Raynor part or door. That is a REAL GREEN door. It eliminates the additional expense, polution to produce and freght and any polution from our own operation and travel to repair. Also, these products have the best insulation and weather seal I have found and no needever to haul to the recycler or dump.

This is true value and the real principles involved in treating others as we would like to be treated.
